Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• To cancel your order, please contact our customer support at info@drakhil.com with your order details.

Refunds:

• Online Consultation: No refunds are provided for completed consultations.
• Medicines & Products: Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or incorrect. To initiate a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence of the damage.
• Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7-10 working days. The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will bear the return shipping costs. In other cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
